Current System Status and Announcements

2/10/2026 – 7:45AM – All services appear to be restored at this time. If you are having issues accessing console.iinet.com or our billing portal please let us know, any error messages would be helpful. We appreciate everyone’s patience.

Latest update is that service appears to be fully functional at this point. We will be sending an email about this and possible changes to easystreet.net email and options in the near future.

5:25PM – We have been monitoring email flowing into the Microsoft email platform very slowly for the last 1.5-2 hours approximately. There are thousands of emails waiting in queue to be delivered from our incoming server to the Microsoft platform at this point, they will be delivered fairly quickly once Microsoft is fully able to resolve this issue.

We are noticing a Microsoft outage that is causing emails that are being attempting to be delivered to be deferred. What this means is you will receive the email once Microsoft resolves the issue, we have no control over the duration of this even and very limited details on it at this point.

We will be doing a maintenance today 11/9/2025 ay 3:00PM for approximately one hour. Maintenance completed at 4:30PM, thanks for everyone’s patience. Actual start time was 3:45PM.

This is not service affecting but informational for customers setup for the POP3 Protocol. We have been monitoring over the last several months many of out customers appear to have an issue with their mail configuration. Simply put those setup for POP3 are not sending the delete command to our servers so the email remains in the inbox. We ask that you set your mail program to delete after a number of days such as 30 which will remove from the servers but will keep it on your computer. Emails to Microsoft free email services have been restored.  

We are experiencing issues with Microsoft’s free email services. This includes   outlook.com msn.com hotmail.com   Along with other country specific domains. We will update this page as we know more but we are quite literally waiting for this to be resolved.

Easystreet Business Email – Outage Monday April 14th 2025 – Service has been fully restored.
